Article 132 Processing of personal data

With regard to the processing of personal data within the framework of this Regulation, F1the Secretary of State and the CAA shall carry out their tasks under this Regulation in accordance with F2data protection legislation within the meaning of section 3(9) of the Data Protection Act 2018 (c.12).
