# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1146 of 7 June 2018 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/892 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the fruit and vegetables and processed fruit and vegetables sectors and Regulation (EC) No 606/2009 laying down certain detailed rules for implementing Council Regulation (EC) No 479/2008 as regards the categories of grapevine products, oenological practices and the applicable restrictions, Article 3: Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2018.
However, points (5), (6) and (9) of Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2019.
