  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/12\nof 8 January 2018\nimplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 of 30 August 2017 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and repealing Regulation (EC) No 329/2007, and in particular Article 47(1) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 30 August 2017, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2017/1509.\n(2)\nOn 22 December 2017, the United Nations Security Council adopted Resolution 2397(2017) which added sixteen persons and one entity to the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures.\n(3)\nAnnex XIII to Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
