  "text": "For transactions executed on a trading venue which are not cleared by a CCP, and in the absence of a direct transaction feed from the trading venue to the CSD, participants shall identify the trading venue and the transactions in their settlement instructions. In the absence of such information, CSDs shall consider the transactions as not having been executed on a trading venue.",
