eu-LISA is to be considered a processor in accordance with point (e) of Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 in relation to the processing of personal data in the ETIAS Information System.

2.

eu-LISA shall ensure that the ETIAS Information System is operated in accordance with this Regulation.
