# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1300 of 27 September 2018 amending and derogating from Regulation (EC) No 2535/2001 as regards import licences for dairy products originating in Norway, Article 3: Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 October 2018.
