# Regulation (EU) 2018/1475 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 2 October 2018 laying down the legal framework of the European Solidarity Corps and amending Regulation (EU) No 1288/2013, Regulation (EU) No 1293/2013 and Decision No 1313/2013/EU, Article 10: Forms of Union funding

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. European Solidarity Corps funding may be provided in one or more of the forms laid down in Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046 in particular grants, procurement and prizes.
2. In order to simplify requirements for beneficiaries, lump sums, unit costs and flat-rate financing shall be used to the maximum possible extent.
3. The Commission may implement the European Solidarity Corps indirectly in accordance with point (c) of Article 62(1) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046.
