Article 21 Liability of members and insurance

1.
The financial liability of the members of the Joint Undertaking for the debts of the Joint Undertaking shall be limited to their contributions already made to the administrative costs.
2.
The Joint Undertaking shall take out and maintain appropriate insurance.
