# Council Regulation (EU) 2018/1488 of 28 September 2018 establishing the European High Performance Computing Joint Undertaking, Article 4: Bodies of the Joint Undertaking

The bodies of the Joint Undertaking shall be:
(a) the Governing Board;
(b) the Executive Director;
(c) the Industrial and Scientific Advisory Board composed of the Research and Innovation Advisory Group and the Infrastructure Advisory Group.
