Article 5 Composition of the Governing Board

1.

The Governing Board shall be composed of representatives of the Commission, on behalf of the Union, and of the Participating States.

2.

The Commission and each Participating State shall appoint one representative in the Governing Board. Each representative may be accompanied by one expert.
