# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1508 of 10 October 2018 fixing the depreciation coefficient to be applied when buying in skimmed milk powder under public intervention in the 2019 accounting year, Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 October 2018.
