  "text": "Article 1 of Regulation (EU) 2017/2454 is amended as follows:\n(1) point 5 is replaced by the following:\n‘(5)\nin Article 17, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following:\n2. The Commission shall adopt by means of implementing acts the technical details concerning the automated enquiry of the information referred to in points (a) to (f) of paragraph 1 of this Article. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 58(2).’’;\n(2) point 8 is deleted.",
