  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1605\nof 25 October 2018\nimplementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1755 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Burundi\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) 2015/1755 of 1 October 2015 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Burundi, and in particular Article 13(4) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal of the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 1 October 2015, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2015/1755 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Burundi.\n(2)\nAdditional identifying information concerning one natural person is available.\n(3)\nAnnex I to Regulation (EU) 2015/1755 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
