  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply to aid applications relating to calendar years starting as from 1 January 2018.\nPoint 3 of Article 1 shall apply to aid applications relating to calendar years starting as from 1 January 2019.",
