# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/1784 of 9 July 2018 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) No 639/2014 as regards certain provisions on the greening practices established by Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Article 2: Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply to aid applications relating to calendar years starting as from 1 January 2018.
Point 3 of Article 1 shall apply to aid applications relating to calendar years starting as from 1 January 2019.
