# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/186 of 7 February 2018 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty and collecting definitively the provisional duty imposed on imports of certain corrosion resistant steels originating in the People's Republic of China, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The amounts secured by way of the provisional anti-dumping duties pursuant to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1444 shall be definitively collected. The amounts secured in excess of the definitive rates of anti-dumping duty shall be released.
