# Council Regulation (EU) 2018/1877 of 26 November 2018 on the financial regulation applicable to the 11th European Development Fund, and repealing Regulation (EU) 2015/323, Article 35: Union trust funds

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Articles 234, 235 and 252 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046 shall apply.
2. With regard to Article 234(2) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046, references to the competent committee shall be the understood as to the European Development Fund Committee referred to in Article 8 of the Internal Agreement.
