# Council Regulation (EU) 2018/1877 of 26 November 2018 on the financial regulation applicable to the 11th European Development Fund, and repealing Regulation (EU) 2015/323, Article 53: Transfer of balances remaining from previous EDFs

Transfers to the 11th EDF of the balances remaining from resources constituted under the Internal Agreements relating to the previous EDFs shall be made in accordance with point (b) of Article 1(2), (3) and (4) of the Internal Agreement.
