# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/2042 of 18 December 2018 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1152 to clarify the WLTP test conditions and provide for the monitoring of type approval data (Text with EEA relevance), Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Point 2(c) and (d) of Article 1 shall apply from 1 February 2019.
