# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/2067 of 19 December 2018 on the verification of data and on the accreditation of verifiers pursuant to Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance), Article 34: Simplified verification plans

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Where a verifier uses a simplified verification plan, the verifier shall keep a record of justifications for using such plans in the internal verification documentation, including evidence that the conditions for using simplified verification plans have been met.
