# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/2067 of 19 December 2018 on the verification of data and on the accreditation of verifiers pursuant to Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance), Article 4: Presumption of conformity

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Where a verifier demonstrates its conformity with the criteria laid down in EN ISO 14065:2013, it shall be presumed to comply with the requirements set out in Chapters II and III of this Regulation in so far as those standards cover those requirements.
