# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/2067 of 19 December 2018 on the verification of data and on the accreditation of verifiers pursuant to Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance), Article 42: Records and communication

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. A verifier shall keep records, including records on the competence and impartiality of personnel, to demonstrate compliance with this Regulation.
2. A verifier shall on a regular basis make information available to the operator or aircraft operator and other relevant parties in accordance with the standard referred to in Annex II.
3. A verifier shall safeguard the confidentiality of information obtained during the verification in accordance with the standard referred to in Annex II.
