  "text": "In Table 1 of Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, the entry concerning substance No 151 is replaced by the following:\nInfant as defined in Article 2(2)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 609/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 June 2013 on food intended for infants and young children, food for special medical purposes, and total diet replacement for weight control and repealing Council Directive 92/52/EEC, Commission Directives 96/8/EC, 1999/21/EC, 2006/125/EC and 2006/141/EC, Directive 2009/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Regulations (EC) No 41/2009 and (EC) No 953/2009 (OJ L 181, 29.6.2013, p. 35).\nThis restriction is applicable from 1 May 2011 as regards the manufacture and from 1 June 2011 as regards the placing on the market and importation into the Union.\nInfant as defined in Article 2(2)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 609/2013\nYoung children as defined in Article 2(2)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 609/2013.’\n‘151\n13480\n0000080-05-7\n2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane\nno\nyes\nno\n0,05\nNot to be used for the manufacture of polycarbonate infant feeding bottles.\nNot to be used for the manufacture of polycarbonate drinking cups or bottles which, due to their spill proof characteristics, are intended for infants and young children.\n13607",
