# Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/22 of 21 December 2017 establishing a prohibition of fishing for herring in Union and Norwegian waters of IV north of 53° 30′ N by vessels flying the flag of France, Article 1: Quota exhaustion

The fishing quota allocated to the Member State referred to in the Annex to this Regulation for the stock referred to therein for 2017 shall be deemed to be exhausted from the date set out in that Annex.
