This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Article 1 shall apply from:

  • 13 October 2000, as regards the 1999/2000 marketing year;

  • 12 October 2001, as regards the 2000/2001 marketing year.
