  "heading": "REQUIREMENTS FOR THE USE OF THE SPECIFIC CERTIFICATE FOR EXPORT",
  "text": "The information to be provided on the certificate referred to in Article 12(1)(b) shall be presented in the form of the entries set out in column No 1 in the following table.\nThose entries are identified by the numbers and letters shown in column No 2 of the following table:\n1\n2\nConsignor: full name and address including post code\nIdentification: the System of Exchange of Excise Data (SEED) excise number) ....\nNo 2\nPlace of dispatch: the actual place of dispatch, if the goods are not dispatched from the address given for the consignor\nNo 3\nExporter: full name and address\nNo A\nPremises: the actual place of dispatch, if the goods are not dispatched from the address given for the exporter\nNo A1\nIdentity of means of transport: container, ship, airplane ….\nNo 5\nReference: name and identity of the means of transport\nNo 6\nImporter: full name and address\nNo B\nPlace of delivery: the actual place of delivery, if the goods are not delivered to the address given for the importer\nNo Ba\n... name, address and contact point of the competent authority responsible for checking the consignor at the place of dispatch\nOptional specific requirements: confirmation by the control authorities that ‘An internal quality control for the compliance of the products has been put in place.’\nNo 10\nDescription of the product: in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 and any national rules which apply, in particular compulsory indications.
