  "heading": "Scope and form of the register",
  "text": "1. Operators required to keep the inward and outward register, in this Chapter referred to as ‘the register’, shall record:\n(a) the entry and withdrawal of each batch of wine products referred to in Article 147(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 to or from their premises;\n(b) the category of product, as specified in Article 14;\n(c) the operations specified in Article 29 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/273 where they are carried out on their premises.\nFor each annotation in the register, operators referred to in the first subparagraph must be able to present a copy of the commercial document which has accompanied the relevant consignment.\n2. The register shall take one of the following forms:\n(a) fixed leaves numbered consecutively;\n(b) an electronic record ...;\n(c) a suitable modern accounting system, approved by the competent authorities , by administrative decision, following an application made by an operator;\n(d) a collection of accompanying documents containing the date on which they were drawn up or taken over by merchants.\n...",
