# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/46 of 20 October 2017 establishing a discard plan for certain demersal and deep sea fisheries in North-Western waters for the year 2018, Article 3: Species subject to the landing obligation

The landing obligation shall apply in each fishery as set out in the Annex, subject to the exemptions set out in Articles 4 and 5.
