  "text": "The assessment of the application shall be carried out by the authorising entity and the concerned NSAs for the area of use to establish a reasonable assurance that the applicant and the actors supporting the applicant have fulfilled their obligations and responsibilities in the design, manufacture, verification and validation stages of the vehicle and/or vehicle type in order to ensure conformity with the essential requirements of the applicable legislation so that it may be placed on the market and may be used safely in the area of use of the vehicle type according to the conditions of use and other restrictions specified within the application.",
