  "text": "For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions shall apply:\n(1) ‘electronic tag’ means a marker with radio frequency identification (‘RFID’) or with a data matrix code;\n(2) ‘application identifier’ means a numeric prefix used to define the meaning and format of encoded data elements.",
