  "heading": "Third countries and parts of the territory of third countries from which the entry into Great Britain of ova and embryos of equidae is authorised",
  "text": "The appropriate authority shall authorise the entry into Great Britain of consignments of ova and embryos of equidae from such of the third countries ... listed in column 2 of the table in Annex I or, where regionalisation is applied, parts of the territory of those third countries as the Secretary of State, with the consent of the Scottish Ministers (in relation to Scotland) and the Welsh Ministers (in relation to Wales), may specify in a document published for the purposes of this Article, ... and provided that the consignment complies with the following conditions:\n(a)the consignment is dispatched by an embryo collection or production team which is situated in a country listed in Annex I and which meets the relevant conditions described in Annex D to Directive 92/65/EEC;\n(b)the consignment is accompanied by a health certificate drawn up in accordance with the relevant certificate, in the form published by the appropriate authority from time to time.",
