Article 7 Period of validity of health certificates

The operator responsible for a consignment of equidae or of semen, ova or embryos of equidae intended for entry into F1Great Britain shall ensure that the consignment is presented to an approved border F2control post authorised for the consignment concerned no later than 10 days from the date of certification of the consignment in the third country of dispatch.
Where equidae are transported by sea, the period of 10 days referred to in paragraph 1 shall be extended by the time of transport on sea.
