  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from 1 December 2019.\nBy way of derogation from the second subparagraph, substances and mixtures may before 1 December 2019 be classified, labelled and packaged in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, as amended by this Regulation.",
