This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

2.

It shall apply from 1 December 2018 except that, to the extent that paragraph 2 of the Annex applies to the substance ‘formaldehyde … %’, that paragraph shall apply from the date of entry into force.
