  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/714\nof 14 May 2018\nimplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 of 30 August 2017 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and repealing Regulation (EC) No 329/2007, and in particular Article 47(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 30 August 2017, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) 2017/1509.\n(2)\nOn 14 May 2018 the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2018/715, which moved six persons to Annex III to Decision (CFSP) 2016/849 and removed them from Annex II thereto.\n(3)\nAnnex XVI and Annex XV to Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
