Division 5.4

If the issuing of the single safety certificate is refused or if the single safety certificate contains restrictions or conditions of use other than those defined in the application, the safety certification body shall inform the applicant, giving the reasons for the decision, and notify it of the procedure to request a review of or to appeal against the decision.
