  "text": "Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/774\nof 28 May 2018\nimplementing Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Syria\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 of 18 January 2012 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Syria and repealing n (EU) No 442/2011, and in particular Article 32(1) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 18 January 2012, the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Syria.\n(2)\nBased on a review of the measures, the entries for certain persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures as set out in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 should be updated and amended.\n(3)\nAnnex II to Regulation (EU) No 36/2012 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
