  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from 1 April 2020.\nFoods placed on the market or labelled prior to the date of application of this Regulation may be marketed until the stocks are exhausted.",
