# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/82 of 19 January 2018 correcting Regulation (EC) No 891/2009 opening and providing for the administration of certain Community tariff quotas in the sugar sector, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 July 2017.
