  "text": "In addition to the general production rules laid down in Article 9, 10, 11 and 15, and where relevant in Section 1 of this Part, the rules laid down in this Section shall apply to the organic production of species of fish, crustaceans, echinoderms and molluscs. Those rules also shall apply mutatis mutandis to the production of zooplankton, micro-crustaceans, rotifers, worms and other aquatic feed animals.",
