Technical services shall inform the ... approval authority of the following:\n(a) any non-conformity encountered which may require the refusal, restriction, suspension or withdrawal of a type-approval certificate;\n(b) any circumstances affecting the scope of and conditions for their designation;\n(c) any request for information which they have received from market surveillance authorities regarding their activities.\n2.
