# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/94 of 16 November 2017 fixing a flat-rate reduction for the import duty for sorghum in Spain imported from third countries, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall expire on 28 February 2018.
