  1. 2.1Manufacturers shall notify the Commission without delay and not later than by 31 December 2018 of the following information:

  3. 2.3The data specified in point 2 of Part B of Annex I shall be transmitted in accordance with Article 5(1) by the contact point of the manufacturer via electronic data transfer to the Business Data Repository managed by the Agency.
