The Secretary of State shall keep a Central Register for the data on heavy-duty vehicles (‘the Register’) monitored and reported in accordance with Articles 4 and 5.\nThe Register shall be publicly available with the exception of data entry (a) specified in Part A of Annex I and data entries 1, 24, 25, 32, 33, 39 and 40 specified in point 2 of Part B of Annex I.
