The engine manufacturer shall make available to the vehicle manufacturer all the relevant information and necessary instructions intended for the end-user, as laid down in Article 43(3) and (4) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1628 and Article 18 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/654.
