  "text": "In order to meet the requirements of Article 19(4) of Regulation (EU) No 167/2013, the manufacturer shall ensure that agricultural and forestry vehicles and their systems, components and separate technical units that may affect the vehicle's external sound levels are designed, constructed and assembled, and that their external sound levels are measured so as to comply with the requirements laid down in Annex II.",
