  "text": "Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/504 is amended as follows:\n(1) The following Article 12a is inserted:\n‘Transitional provisions in respect of engines\nArticle 12a With respect to engines type-approved before 1 January 2018, or before 1 January 2019 in the case of engines of sub-categories NRE-v-5 and NRE-c-5, the following provisions of this Regulation, in its version applicable on 6 August 2018, shall continue to apply:\nAnnex I, Part A;\nAnnex I, Part B, point 4.2.;\nAnnex I, Part B, point 5, entries 2.2.2., 2.5. to 2.5.4.2., 5.2. to 5.5. and 6. to 8.22.4.2.;\nAnnex I, Appendices 1 to 9;\nAnnex I, Appendix 10, entry 2.2.2.;\nAnnex I, Appendices 11 to 14;\nAnnex I, Appendix 15, entry 2.2.2.;\nAnnex I, Appendices 16 to 23;\nAnnex I, explanatory notes relating to the information document (6), (7), (9), (12), (24), (26), (29), (39), (40), (49) and (56);\nAnnex II, point 2.1.1.;\nAnnex II, explanatory note relating to Annex II (4);\nAnnex III, Appendix 1, Model 1 of Section 2, the entries under the heading ‘General powertrain characteristics’;\nAnnex III, Appendix 1, Model 1 of Section 2, the entries under the heading ‘Engine’;\nAnnex III, Appendix 1, Model 1 of Section 2, the text under the heading ‘Results of exhaust emission tests (inclusive of Deterioration Factor)’, the second and fourth indents of the first paragraph;\nAnnex III, Appendix 1, Model 1 of Section 2, the text under the heading ‘Results of exhaust emission tests (inclusive of Deterioration Factor)’, the table;\nAnnex III, Appendix 1, explanatory notes relating to Appendix 1, with the exception of explanatory note (32);\nAnnex IV;\nAnnex V, Appendix 2, explanatory notes relating to Appendix 2;\nAnnex V, Appendix 4;\nAnnex V, Appendix 5;\nAnnex VII, Appendix 1, with the exception of point 1. and the first indent of the text under point 2.;\nAnnex VIII, with the exception of point 3.2., table 8-1, second row.’;\n(2) Annex I is amended in accordance with Annex I to this Regulation;\n(3) Annex II is amended in accordance with Annex II to this Regulation;\n(4) Appendix 1 to Annex III is amended in accordance with Annex III to this Regulation;\n(5) Annex IV is amended in accordance with Annex IV to this Regulation;\n(6) Annex V is amended in accordance with Annex V to this Regulation;\n(7) Annex VI is amended in accordance with Annex VI to this Regulation;\n(8) Appendix 1 to Annex VII is amended in accordance with Annex VII to this Regulation;\n(9) Annex VIII is amended in accordance with Annex VIII to this Regulation.",
