Article 1 Amendment to Regulation (EU) 2017/1131

In Article 11(1) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1131, point (c) is replaced by the following:
‘(c)
a simple, transparent and standardised (STS) securitisation, as determined in accordance with the criteria and conditions laid down in Articles 20, 21 and 22 of Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 of the European Parliament and of the Councilf1, or an STS ABCP, as determined in accordance with the criteria and conditions laid down in Articles 24, 25 and 26 of that Regulation.’.
