  "text": "An EU fertilising product shall consist solely of component materials complying with the requirements for one or more of the CMCs listed in this Annex.\nThe component materials, and the input materials used to produce them, shall not contain any of the substances for which maximum limit values are indicated in Annex I in such quantities as to jeopardise the EU fertilising product’s compliance with the applicable requirements of that Annex.",
