  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from 16 July 2022.\nHowever:\n(a) Articles 4(3), 14, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47 shall apply from 15 July 2019; and\n(b) Articles 20 to 36 shall apply from 16 April 2020.",
